Job Responsibilities


As the Manager/Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will plan, build and drive performance marketing strategies and campaigns to accelerate revenue generation across paid and organic channels for brands across Crimson Interactive.

You will help define, execute, measure, and refine a compelling and effective performance marketing revenue strategy. You will own delivery of key metrics such as MQL, new clients, website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation attributed across channels. Reporting to the head of marketing, you’ll lead a team of subject matter experts across advertising (search, social, affiliate, etc.), organic (SEO), email (end to end), and content while supporting them to achieve their KPIs and goals and develop their skills to deliver high-quality campaigns with precision.


Role Highlights


  • You will be the owner of performance marketing KPIs such as new clients, revenue growth,        and team development
  • You will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • You will be responsible for end to end measurement and management of performance              campaigns across channels
  • You will work with the brand marketing team to ensure messaging alignment across all paid and organic channels
  • You will be the driver of delivery key marketing insights with access to analytical tools such as Google Analytics and BI


Key Requirements

  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
  • You have prior experience in a similar role of leading a performance marketing team
  • You have experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid and organic channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other digital channels)
  • You have a strong understanding of advertising platform fundamentals – biddable and non-biddable media. (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Affiliates, etc.)
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
