Specific Tasks
o Coordinating with team heads on manpower requirements
o Formulating recruitment strategy based on targets (online, campus recruitment,
agencies, etc.
o Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads
o Initial short listing of profiles and subsequent telephonic or face-to-face interview to
understand the candidate needs and accordingly match with the job requirements in
hand, making the candidates go through the interview process, finalizing the offer, and
following up till the candidate joins
o Employee induction and orientation: Initiating new entrants into the company culture,
Taking care of the joining formalities, Conducting independent sessions to explain
company policies, organizational structure and career growth to the new joinees in the
Leave & Attendance Management
o Tracking leave for all employees
o Analyze work patterns and match expectations with functional heads
Rewards and Recognition Program
o Coordinate with team heads for monthly rewards
o Issue and redeem reward certificates
o Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements to the program
Performance Appraisal
o KRA/KPI setting process setting for all positions
o Co-coordinating the Appraisals Process - Sending out the Appraisal forms for employees,
Obtaining completed forms from Supervisors and collating ratings, Issuance of
Increment Letters
Training & Development (Soft skills)
o Identifying training needs at various levels
o Deciding upon internal or external faculties
o Coordinating training programs
o Assessing training effectiveness
Motivation & Organization Development
o Assist in creating & maintaining a good work culture
o Handling employee grievances
o Recreation Activities: Annual team picnic, 5th Saturday events, Annual day celebration,
Lunch/dinner/movie during high workload, Other (e.g., cricket match, etc.)
o Maintain Birthday Database and coordinate Monthly Birthday Bash
o Mediating disputes and advising all sides involved on matters relating to employee
relations and human resources policies
Attrition Management
o Exit Process: Full and Final Settlement, Conducting Exit Interviews and analysis,
suggesting post analysis measures for corrective action
o Implementing initiatives to control attrition
o Issuing Appointment Letters, Experience letters & Confirmation Letters
Future Responsibilities
Designing HR practices that align with the business strategy of the company.
Study of Critical Roles from the business perspective, assess and suggest effective manpower
plan and redeployment strategies
Designing employee manual
Designing and implementing all HR strategies & Processes like Recruitment & Selection Process,
Induction Process, Performance management System, Leave management System, Separation
& Exit Process, and Retention processes.
Designed all company forms like, Employment Application form, Exit form, Joining Form,
Referral forms, Leave Requisition forms, Clearance forms, Manpower Requisition forms and
Interview Assessment form, etc.
Maintaining & Updating Skill Set Matrix of Employees.
Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required
Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience
Relevant experience: 13 years handling a generalist HR/recruitment profile
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 12,00,000
