Job title: Corporate Communications and PR Manager

Department: Digital Marketing- Designing team

Location: Goregaon, West

Shift timings: 10 am to 7 pm

Reports to: 


The Corporate Communications and Public Relations Manager will provide communications leadership to support the expansion and growth of Crimson Interactive globally. This individual will effectively articulate the narrative and take a strategic approach to reputation management and stakeholder engagement.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create a long-term, forward-looking communications strategy that aligns with and helps drive the overall business priorities, reputation and brand positioning of the organization.

Collaborate and partner with internal business leaders to understand priorities and advise on communications internally and externally.

Manage external relationships including those with media and other influencers key to the advancement of the business.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team; provide and manage content for media and external events for the leadership team.

Provides comprehensive advice to the organization on all aspects of issues/crisis communications and assists in setting strategic direction.

Develops local communication strategies and concepts (including those for CSR communications) based on company’s business requirements and global communication strategy

Translates Corporate business topics into messages relevant to target audiences

Monitor results and evaluate the impact of PR initiatives

Providing insights to management to improve the process, and expanding customer base in new geographies

Review and write press releases


Pre-requisites/critical characteristics and skills required:


  • Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience in positions of responsibility in major corporations
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong in relationship building with relevant external and internal stakeholder groups
  • Expertise in translating business goals into impactful strategies and their implementation
  • A comprehensive understanding of traditional/digital media and significant experience determining the appropriate media mix
