Job title: Recruitment Coordinator

Department: Project Management - Ulatus

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Shift timings: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (General Phase)

Reports to – Project Manager – PM Ulatus

Key Responsibilities:  Recruit new linguist candidates, using both traditional and creative methods to attract quality individuals.

 Recruiting activities include researching languages, searching linguistic and ethnic communities on the internet, networking with like-minded organizations, placing ads in periodicals.

 Recruit vendors in specific regions according to the ISO17100 standards

 Manage engaging activities with Freelancers/Vendors so as to keep them in our system for long period.  Meet targets for priority languages provided by the Project/Senior Manager.  Identify and arrange new sourcing and networking events.

 Educate candidates about Ulatus, our clients, and our expectations for their work.  Arrange for qualified candidates to undergo appropriate in-house language assessment and ensure results are received in a timely fashion.  Handle rate negotiation in coordination with your manager.  Send and explain application paperwork required for both in-house and security background investigation purposes. Collect paperwork in a timely fashion and review for errors.  Work with candidates who speak different languages, to get them through the qualification process in a timely manner.  Monitor progress of all candidates throughout the onboarding process and check in with them regularly.

 Maintain high ratings on preference to work with Ulatus on different portals.

 Keep Ulatus websites updated with freelancer testimonials and best resumes in all our subject areas in order to attract clients. Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:  Fluent in English

 Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience (0 to 1 Years of Experience).

 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via telephone and in writing  Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously  Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision  Ability and willingness to function in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment  Demonstrated ability to innovate and use creativity in a business setting  Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, web browsers

 Strong headhunting skills.

 Should be a resident of Western suburbs
