Skills & experience required:

  • 1-2 years of prior recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication – written & verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Understanding and usage of hiring portals

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • National and international candidate / freelancer (FL) hiring as per the business requirement & process form.
  • He/she should be prompt in responding to internal / external queries
  • Collaborate with agencies for provision of requisite services.
  • Manage candidates / FLs for better engagement.
  • End to end planning, execution, management and closure of freelancer recruitment.
  • Coordinate with the internal project, quality, other teams for requisition details and clarity.
  • Reporting to Operations Manager
  • Manage & regulate freelancer's attrition / deactivation.
  • Prepare & analyze MIS data for dashboards, trend identification to devise next steps.
  • Implementation of business strategies to achieve set goals.
  • Adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • 5-day work week, weekends off
