Senior Business Associate - Client Servicing (rotational Shifts)

The Business Associate - Client Services will be involved in client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab

Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management

Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies

Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries

Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team

Build strategies to facilitate existing client engagement, create new client base, identify potentially high value clients, build effective and long term client relationships

Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers

Efficiently handle information management that maintain client records

Required Candidate profile

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

Graduates from any stream

Minimum 0 3 years experience into Client servicing / Customer Service/ Business Development/ Key Account Managemnt

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of MS Office

Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook

Good technical solution finding skills

Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds
