CRIMSON is looking for entrepreneurial-minded Digital Marketing Champions who like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance work atmosphere. We have a digital marketing team of more than 50 members covering various specialties like PPC, SEO, social media marketing, content, website management, etc. The team has members from various nationalities and they work together as one team to build strategies and execute them. The various areas of your work would include:


  • Develop the digital marketing strategy to meet business objectives
  • Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates, and action-tracking
  • Work closely with business and product heads to understand the client’s needs and do client interviews
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and competition landscape


  • Manage all digital marketing assets
  • Plan and execute a plethora of digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaigns etc.
  • Measure, report, and present performances of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics such as CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking, and open rates/opt-outs
  • Monitor progress and lead performance governance meet.


  • Be a role model for your team of marketers and mentor/coach them to be Marketing Champions
  • Influence a high-performance company culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration
  • Driving a culture of innovation in marketing and communication
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing team


  • Minimum 7 years of experience of marketing experience within the B2C industry with a proven track record of leading the digital marketing division.
  • Analytical and a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with various aspects of performance-marketing
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and drive relevance
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices in the B2C/B2B product segment.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
  • Comfortable working with various technologies
