The Manager, Enago Academy will be responsible for overseeing all activities of our online knowledge portal, knowledge-related workshops and webinars for different audiences, and all other products associated with author education.

responsible for all the content that is approved for publishing and is accountable for it
handle reader's complaints and explain and account for them.
cross check the facts, spellings, grammar, writing style, design pages, images etc.
accountable for workshop/webinar ideation, content preparation, delivery, and feedback.
drive operations for products and make them ready-to-sell.
responsible for generating leads through different activities.
PhD in Physical/Life/Medical Sciences or MSc with Research and strong inclination toward content development and STEM industry.
Academic research and experience of publishing in high impact factor journals.
First author and/or corresponding author for at least 5 published papers.
Proficient user of MS office.
At least 5 years of technical content writing and development experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the STM/academic publishing industry.
At least 1 year of team management experience.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
Good understanding of peer review, open access, and manuscript production
A Definite Plus if You Have Any of These
At least 2 years of experience in managing a content-driven digital platform
Experience in working with international teams/expats
Knowledge of content management systems
Developing content modules for teaching and evaluation
Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and perform resource allocation
Experience in managing web-based content
The functions and responsibilities of this role are very critical to Enago Academys projects and may warrant taking additional responsibilities, depending on the current requirements.
