Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
  • Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
  • Efficiently handle customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
  • Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team
  • Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
  • Efficiently handle information management that maintains client records

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

  • Graduates from any stream
  • Minimum 0 – 3 years’ experience into Client Servicing / Customer Service/  Business Development/ Key Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of MS Office & good technical solution finding skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
