Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager [B2B / Enterprise Sales]

Department: Marketing 

Job location: Goregaon (west), Mumbai

Shift timings: 9am to 6pm 

Reporting: Sr. Manager - Marketing

 

Crimson AI is looking for a SAAS Sales Manager to establish and drive B2B/Enterprise sales activities for our software products worldwide. As part of your responsibilities, you will penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business and establish new prospects. We are a software development company that builds web applications for authors and researchers in the STEM industry. Trinka.ai and Raxter.io are among its flagship products.

 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Responsible for generating revenue and achieving the growth targets via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts worldwide.

Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects – conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations / product demos.

Build and maintain C-Level relationships

Nurture the prospective clients / leads on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem

Liaise with cross-function teams to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the website and its content.

Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to grow the lead funnel and meet the growth objectives

Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market.

Key Requirements and characteristics: 

Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base of B2Bs/Enterprises.

Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA preferred, but not mandatory.

Proven track record of acquiring clients – from prospecting to closing.

Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.   

Ability to ideate and engage existing and prospective clients through email marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools used in the organization
