Job Description: Business Associate - Client Experience

Business Associate - Client Experience is a highly responsible role and will be involved in client interaction. The position is a challenging one and is ideal for those interested in continual learning and self-development in the work role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Experience management (CEM) – Active involvement in all CEM initiatives, some of which include working on client engagement campaigns and testimonial gathering from clients

 Analyzing client feedback and understanding the opportunities at improving client experience

 Contacting new clients to gather feedback (pre-delivery and post-delivery) via phone calls

 Identifying potential organizations, universities, etc. based on client data and create leads for sales team

 Translate emails and other relevant communication from Japanese to English

 Provide advice on positioning, marketing, and development of our services from the perspective of Japanese cultural acceptance

 Should be able to contribute in increasing sales by identifying opportunities of campaigns

 Play an active role in continuous enhancement of the client experience and journey

Prerequisites/Key Characteristics and Skills required:

 Should have at least a bachelor’s degree in any field

 1–3 years of experience in the service industry, in a role that requires regular client interaction (Client Servicing/CRM/Client Satisfaction/PR functions preferred)

 Ability to gauge client expectations/dissatisfaction and suggesting innovative solutions for improvement of client experience and client engagement

 Native Japanese with Basic English and traditional Japanese writing skills

 Quick at grasping the business processes and in supporting clients across brands

 Multitasking and flexibility to work across various projects based on client requirement

 Eagerness to work in a multicultural/team environment

Work Location – India (After Covid-19 settles)
