 Job Objective

To be the primary point of contact for clients, liaise with freelance translators and internal teams to allocate translation & localization assignments ensuring complete ownership of operational prerequisites such as high quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

Account Management

  • Be the primary point of contact and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible for working with the sales team and tracking key account metrics
  • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Project Responsibility

  • Managing the operations from start to end, including:
  • Ensure proper selection and project allocation to freelance vendors
  • Communicating with  necessary stakeholders (email and phone)
  • File checks and audits
  • Ensure quality by meeting process requirements/adherence
  • Meeting budget targets

Workload Management

  • Tracking close deadlines
  • Ensure 100% client timely delivery
  • Managing last-minute scheduling changes
  • Managing varied requests from clients

Freelancer management

  • Responsible to maintain and develop freelancer – organization relationship
  • Feedback on procedural issues
  • Answering routine questions

Process management

  • Maintaining allocation spreadsheets
  • Basic data analysis

Coordination with Sales Team 

  • Negotiation on deadlines
  • Understanding client requirements
  • Contributing to the sales team in order to improve and maintain
