Crimson Interactive is on the lookout for a Unit Lead to support the growth and development plans of our company by playing a strategic role. The individual will be responsible for budgeting and comparison between costs and sales, to maintain International accounting of group companies, and transaction between inter group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and create innovative online marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to effectively identify areas that offer possibility of growth and loopholes and take corrective measures accordingly
- Conduct regular competitor analysis.
- Interact and brainstorm with various departments to identify, create and offer new products and services for organizational growth.
- Coordinate with the design team for implementation of websites, marketing material and other requirements.
- Build persona and excellent customer journey.
- Monitor web analytics dashboard, reports and point out key areas of improvement/expansion.
- Optimize PPC and measure ROI.
- Effectively manage the clients’ needs and create strategies and plans for building client relationships
- Track web traffic, analyze visitor trends and build effective strategies to enhance sales.
- Create and implement email campaigns that convert.
Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
- Curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success
- Good understanding of SEO and PPC.
- Previous experience of email marketing and tools.
- Experience of website analysis using variety of analytics tools.
- Ability to ideate and engage existing clients and build connection for lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools used in the organization
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS (added advantage)
- Ability to learn new tools and technology.
