Assistant Manager - Financial planning & Analysis

Job Description –

  • - Develop Right Metric for Performance management and generate key Insights on an ongoing basis
  • - Interface with cross functional teams to gather information and prepare MIS reports
  • - Facilitate Strategic Planning and allocation of budgets Quarterly/Annually
  • - Periodic tracking and forecasting spends against the budgets and variance analysis
  • - Preparing Monthly/Periodic reports for internal stakeholders for discussion
  • - Assist in the preparation of Strategic plan and annual operating plan for internal investments
  • - Preparing Brand wise and Region Wise P&L to understand their performance.

Job Specifications –

  • - Should be minimum 3 years of work experience in financial planning and Budgeting
  • - CA/MBA Finance preferred
  • - Experience in Tally is mandatory
  • - Should be excellent with numbers
  • - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • - Knowledge of MS Office
  • - Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook
  • - Good technical solution finding skills
  • - Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds
