Business Associate - Client Services is a highly responsible role and will be involved in client interaction. Thus, the position is challenging and is ideal for those interested in continual learning and self-development in the work role. 

We are looking for candidates who would enjoy working in a challenging environment and interacting with professionals on an international level, who have the enthusiasm and ambition to lead the Client Servicing team that delivers high-quality services and who want to be part of an organization where technology is the core of everything that is done.

Key Responsibilities: 

Help Japanese team solve difficult situations by providing solutions or sometimes talking to the clients himself also.

Handling important and difficult client queries via phone & emails (incoming and outgoing)

Identify potential clients and define strategies for the team to convert them to increase sales

Provide advice on positioning, marketing, and development of our services from the perspective of Japanese cultural acceptance

Play an active role in not only meeting but also exceeding client satisfaction

Communicating with clients in difficult situations and solve their queries/problems.

Actively drive activities to build engagement with New and existing clients.

Relationship building with existing clients to facilitate increase in business.

Will be a local support for India team in different functions of client servicing.

Provide constructive suggestions considering on-ground situation to improve inquiry conversion.

Suggest best practices from client servicing point of view to increase overall trust in the brand and loyalty.

People management of the JP staff in the team.

Grooming and training of new/existing JP staff.

Prerequisites/Key Characteristics and Skills required: 

Should have at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.

3+ years of experience in the service industry, in a role that requires regular client interaction (Client Servicing/Marketing/CRM/PR functions preferred)

Prior manager experience is preferred.

Preferably from the same (Publication) industry.

Prior experience in handling clients, on calls and face to face.

Strong client experience and service background.

Native Japanese with Good English and traditional Japanese writing skills

Multitasking and flexibility to work across various projects based on client requirement

Eagerness to work in a multicultural/team environment
